Shipping costs
For delivery with DHL within Germany we charge a flat rate of 2,99 €.

Deliveries within Europe we charge according to expenditure.

The respective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart after entering the delivery location and calculated accordingly.

If your order includes several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Delivery times

Germany
All orders received by us by 12pm on a business day will be shipped the next day and within Germany will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

Europe
All orders received by us by 12pm on a business day will be shipped the next day and within Europe will arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

Returns.
In principle, we only take back goods in their original packaging.

Should you want to return the goods due to “not like”, the postage costs are to be paid by you! Unfree packages can not be accepted.
