How do I subscribe to my favorite coffee
As soon as you are on the product page and see the desired product with the label “Subscription”, you are in the area to place a standing order for your coffee order.
Add the product to your shopping cart with the “Register now” button and fill in all the necessary information. Choose your desired payment method and have your favorite coffees delivered to your home on time. Depending on the contingent, the respective amount will be debited from your payment method.
You can view all current contracts in your user account. There you will find the start of the contract, the current term and also canceled projects. Addresses and other personal data can also be easily changed there.
- Select the desired product in the store and the desired interval.
- Add the respective product to the shopping cart and go to the checkout.
- Select Klarna, credit card or iDEAL as payment method.
The subscription does not expire automatically. To change your membership, please select another interval or cancel your membership.
The coffee subscription can be easily changed in your user account. To do so, simply log in and go to the “Subscriptions” tab on the left side of your user account.
To cancel your subscription, simply send us a short e-mail using the contact form with your e-mail address. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation shortly. Please note that we can only cancel your contract after the 2nd interval. In addition, we can not cancel by phone, this must be done in writing.
You can pause your subscription at any time from your user account. To do so, simply log in and go to the “Subscriptions” tab on the left side of your user account.
